There isn't an app in the market that can help local shops at the seaside deliver food to customers and allow them to order their preferred food based on good reviews and prices.
The app "SeaFoods" will serve as a meal planner between tourists and seafood shops. Tourists can place or schedule their orders with the exact location for delivery or choose to pick up from the store.
So I used below design thinking process-
I conducted a paper-based user survey by writing questions and obtained multiple answers from various demographics.
The survey questions I asked were:
Some responses I received to those questions were:
I conducted face-to-face interviews with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including IT professionals
and recent graduates. Each person had a unique perspective on the topic.
The questions I asked the participants were:
And the responses which I received from the people are below-
Deepak (User) is an IT professional (User character) who needs to order authentic sea food for his
lunch (User’s need) because he can’t go outside in a busy work schedule(Insight).
Our Sea Food App (Product) will let users explore the sea food menu with good ratings and reviews
(Perform specific actions) which will affect users to choose their food and order easily and quickly
(who the action will affect) by letting users skip the roaming around multiple shops for best food
(how the action will positively affect the user).
From here I started sketching wireframe and began prototyping-
So before starting the High Fidelity wireframes I created lo-fi Mockups which helped me throughout my project.
